Loved it! They do pour overs instead of pressurized steam brewing! Very good coffee! The young lady who waited on me was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend trying them out! It's just off the corner of PCH and First in the City of Huntington Beach. I chose them because they open up earlier than my usual spot. They open at 6am on Saturdays!

This Philz has a great staff! Thomas, Som and the rest are cool! The coffee is really good - they pour each and every one and make sure they are the done right. I recommend the Philtered Soul Coldbrew! Straight Up black Philz Way med sugar, med cream I do cream only... soo good.
The absolute best coffee I've ever tasted. Keep in mind that I'm NOT a coffee drinker, but I was with a group of people who wanted coffee and I decided to grab one myself. This may have changed me from "Not a coffee drinker" to "Philz Coffee drinker". The atmosphere is welcoming and fun, and the staff are very friendly. There are plenty of different coffee options with customizations as well. The beans are ground fresh for each drink and the flavors are incredibly tasty. I have already searched up other locations so I know where I can find my next fix. I got the iced Mocha Tesora with extra sweet flavor.
This place is amazing!!! Such a unique take on coffee...it's all pourover, full bodies, rich, and flavorful . Everything is fully customizable based on light, medium to heavy cream or sweetness. So many options, light, medium, and dark roast, a variety of sweetness, flavors, and blends. I highly recommend checking it out, there is something for everyone. A coffee lover's dream!
I love Philz and I come here almost every weekend with my client who is a special needs adult. However, I am upset about an encounter I had there today. There is one table with the handicap sign inside. Me and my client sat there and a man thought it was ok to say that he saved that spot and kicked me and my client out. I would like to know if this is even allowed, as I know technically anyone can sit there and there was only a baseball cap on the table and no one around until a minute after we sat down and got approached. He said he was saving it for a friend. If this isn't allowed I would like to be ok with letting management know so I do have the issues of getting into a confrontation due to rude customers.
Got my Too Good To Go food this morning (4/15/25) around 8:00 AM, and I have to say--it was such a great experience! The guy at the register was awesome, super friendly, and full of positive energy. Instead of just handing over the bag like most places do, he made it fun and interactive. He let us pick a number from 1 to 4, kind of like a little game. I picked number 4, and tadaaa--I got some amazing pastries! They looked good, and definitely hit the spot. It totally made me and my daughter's day. That kind of experience sticks with you. We need more employees like him who go the extra mile to make customers feel welcome and appreciated. A little kindness and energy goes a long way. Thank you to that awesome cashier-you made our morning!
